I understood you as saying because you thought LPC2124/3x/4x was not
safe, you switched to LPC2103.  If LPC2103 is no different with
respect to CRP, it does not make sense to switch to LPC2103 on account
of CRP discussion.

For the record do not consider myself an expert on LPC21xx.  It so
happens that since I got involved with it, I did find a number of
anomalies that it appears has not been reported in this forum or
elsewhere.

If you can provide me (by direct email) with the dump of your boot
loader code following the steps outlined in

  http://www.cse.unsw.edu.au/~jayas/esdk/lpc2/boot-loader.html

I will see what I can do for you.  You need to use e000.hex (not
d000.hex) to dump the boot sector contents.
