You are joking when you say this, aren't you? 

On a couple of occasions now I've put forward warnings on aspects of 
unexpected behaviour with the parts, not exactly flattering to 
Philips. The only abuse I've got is from yourself.

In fact, I'd be interested to see if you could find an example of such 
abuse where you weren't involved, either in dishing it out or having 
provoked it from some individual who happened to have a different 
opinion than yourself.
