oh, this is a common situation for japanese and usa chips for european 
companies, I can say that Philips serve better then japanese or usa chip 
producers (in Italy this is the situation actually) also if Philips ask 
to have programmatic orders to guarantee best delivery. Also if you are 
an usa basedcompany, best problem is �/$ change problem, for this reason 
usa suppliers don't buy a lot of pieces out of customer order stocks.
