Of the components you listed, Digikey has in stock:

LPC2144 :  10
LPC2148 : 105
LPC2134 :   0
LPC2138 :   1

I would certainly avoid designing these into production boards unless
I had guaranteed delivery contracts.  And even then it would be unwise
to bet the company's future on somebody else's guarantee.

I know the economy is heating up and Silicon Gulch is coming out of
its' funk so maybe depleted inventories is a good thing for engineers.
