Maybe Weyert can help, it is very kind that he offered assistance on
the matter. I wish Philips app EEs would chime in here. They should.

But if you really get stuck and neither the distributor nor the
Philips folks can offer a reasonable explanation or delivery dates
there is yet another option that I exercised with a ceramics
manufacturer a couple of weeks ago. I wrote to their CEO. Boy, did
that get their attention. The result was stunning: A truck pulled up
last Friday.
