Anyone out there running the combo of Keil's compiler and JTAG with
Embedded Artists 2148 board and prototype board?  I have been
using Philips Flash Utility to download code to the EA boards and it
works perfectly.

I got JTAG working several weeks ago for a couple of hours, but when I
solved my problem, I went back to serially programming the flash
(since I have a serial display in which I use to debug), which works
all the time.  

I'm doing some display software development and need the JTAG for
debugging.  I keep getting the infamous 'JTAG Comm. Failure'.  And
this occurs on 2 sets of EA boards and 2 Keil ULINKs.  I have
downloaded the latest 2.53 compiler and looked at some of the forums
which say to make sure that PINSEL2 - bit 3 is not set to '1' (which
it isn't).  There is only 1 jumper on the EA board to set and it is.  

With my code running, shouldn't I just be able to connect up the JTAG
and say 'Debug' thru the uVision GUI?  Under Flash Programming Tools,
I have 'Use ULINK Debugger' set?  Maybe JTAG is still disabled. 
Anyway to tell?  Anything else?  Thanks.
