Lpc2000

I have been unable to get Keil's ULINK (JTAG) to work with Embedded
Artist's LPC2148 V1.1 Quickstart and Quickstart Prototype board.  I
have downloaded the latest Keil 'reset patch' and have the latest
uVision software.  

I have put 10K pullups on TDO, TDI, TRST, and TMS since the Prototype
Board schematic didn't have those on it.  Also the JTAG jumper is set
on the prototype board.  Anything else to set or do from the default
configuration?  Thanks.

Is anyone using the EA Prototype board?  If so, which wiggler are you
using?  Thanks.
