proble using MCB2100 with lpc 2129

When I use the MCB2100,i found i cant make the Switch 2  working.
I couldn't find the memory address,and When I pressed Switch 2, any 
change have not be found .

anybody can help me with that how to enable the swtich 2 ?
And any function do it?
