After that if you like one or the other you will tell it in the way in favour of the one you like. That's normal ! But that's not just like "Big brther is watching you...". Big Manufacturers like Philips and Atmel have Analysis report about flash memory size trends for the ARM MCU Market, and then they decide to create a new family. So, you will have crossed feature between both manucaturer at a certain moment. According to me, you will see New Philips Standard ARM Products based on ARM920T and ARM926EJS core, like ATMEL Family has already now. Bye.
