is sampling now. PIC10Fxxx from Microchip is coming in SOT23-6pin 
package. I think it will be a very handy device. 
There are applications for ARM based micro and 8-bit micros as well.
I'm working on LPC2124 based project and I will try PIC10F (for a 
different job).
