The Eval-Board I use for myself has an LPC2104/05/06, one full serial Port and 
one serial port configurable as either RS232 with Rx/Tx or 2-Wire/4-Wire RS485. 
If you want, you can get the Schematics and Gerber Files. The PCB was made at 
olimex.com, components were hand soldered. Nothing great but it works and 
probably would satisfy your needs.
