Additional to the poll I would like to see:

small pin count devices (20pins, 8pins) with powerful high speed serial
interfaces (ADC, DAC, I2C-slave, SPI, async - dont strip down the serial
part) - usage as sub controller could simplify designs

integrated 1.8v regulator (mandatory for low pin counts)

2.4GHz RF parts (prefered band, because it is available worldwide)

high res ADC's

schmitt trigger for all inputs

integrated analog parts (comparators, OPamps)

(RTC should have <2uA ;-)
