I'm about to use TI's TPS70751.
It's intended for DSP. By the time you add up the functions
it does for you, it's much cheaper that way.
It has :

-    Dual 1.8 / 3.3 V output
-    Selectable Power Up sequencing
-    250 mA / 125 mA on Regs
-    Open drain POR with 120 mS delay
-    Open drain Power Good on Reg 1
-    Low noise : 65 uV w/o Bypass cap
-    Quick output cap discharge
-    2 Manual Reset inputs
-    Under Voltage Lockout
-    Thermal shutdown

That seems like a good choice to me, just has the ext WDT
missing.....
