The Spartan3 isn't available, and no-one seems to know when they will
be (I think that Xilinx is having problems getting them made). I'll
stick with the Spartan II for now, I can get them OK.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
