LPC2294 board

2004-10-20 by tomandz1

Hi all,

I am considering buying a LPC2294 for my new project. I have a couple
of questions, regarding that:

1-Does anyone know of a simple board or just adapter for LPC2294.

I have looked at:

phyCORE-ARM7/LPC229x:
http://www.phytec.com/sbc/32bit/pclpc229x.htm

FA-EVBA7-144 144-Pin Device Adapter:
http://www.ashling.com/support/lpc2000/eval_kits.html

LPC-H2294:
http://www.olimex.com/dev/

2- Does the ISP mean that I won't be needing a programmer for this
device? That I can program it via RS232?

3- What sort of compiler will I need? They talk about uvision3 form
Keil. What is the difference with uvision2. I know that they say
uvision3 has support for this device. But what kind of support does
the uvision2 need, except maybe a header file?

4- does any one know how much the chip itself cost?

Please Advise

Thanks

Tom
