The Olimex header might not actually be available yet. 
It's 'preliminary' on the web site.

It may be programmed via an RS-232 interface, but you really need a 
JTAG interface for debugging. They are quite cheap from Olimex, or 
you can make your own quite easily.

They don't appear to be available in small quantities yet. They will 
probably be about $20, judging from the prices of the other chips.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
