Lpc2000

Hello,

I'm to use the Tinyarm DIP50 that has the lpc2129 and in the user
manual says that it is tolerant to 5V in ports I/O, but in many of the
emails the group I see pullup to 3.3V.  
  
if I want to put an input high I can make a direct pullup to 5V??
