Philips ISP doesn't work with LPC2214?

2004-11-03 by tsvetanusunov

Hi,

This question is mostly addressed to Philips stff who does monitoring
to this group.
We have preliminary samples of our LPC-H2214 board with external
Flash, SRAM etc. Everything works fine so far when use JTAG
debugging, but when we try to load code in Flash with Philips ISP it
programs the internal Flash, then fails in the middle of verify
operation.
The same situation was with LPC212X microcontrollers with old
bootloader, and everything fixes when new bootloader is burned in the
LPC212X.

So is there other bootloader version for LPC2214 which will cure this
problem?
Dispite ISP tells that verify fails everything is programmed
correctly inside LPC2214, so I guess this is some stupid timing issue.

The LPC2124 is marked TS0432 A
the crystal is 14.7456Mhz
bootloader rev. 1.63

Best regards
Tsvetan
