I have no ideas left. If you are using the gnuarm package from www.gnuarm.com, then you don't have to run the tools, even ocdlibremote, from cygwin. You only need to have cygwin.dll in your path. Then you can use normal dos-batch-files to call the gnu tools and the ocdlibremote(must also be in the path).
