Wigglers work well with the LPC2xxx series. The 1.3 version of 
CrossWorks for ARM can flash an LPC2xxx at 14Kbytes per second using a 
wiggler (and our own device driver), our (USB) CrossConnect for ARM can 
flash at 25K bytes per second (compared with 100+K bytes per second into 
RAM).  So if you have a parallel port available don't be in a too much 
of hurry/worry to get a USB based device.
