If an email is sent to the wrong recipient and they decide to post all the info to their web site for all the world to see, there is nothing your company can do about it but stomp their feet. By sending it to the wrong recipient they failed to protect the information and no disclaimers inside the email can undo that. BTW, you don't have to use email to respond. You can go to the group and post via the web page. That is what I am doing.
