Doesn't matter.

The board has no proper decoupling of the processor. Just look at the
pictures and compare with Leon's design. We already told him so in
sci.electronics.design etc.

Don't buy it, unless you want to solder caps directly on the processor pins,
or wait until he understands electronics, decoupling, reliability etc and
has fixed the design.
