I have looked through the file section and found an EAGLE lbr uploaded 
by richas. I modified the symbol so it would be compatible to the one  
used by Olimex.
The module is ready. It is called LPC-M416. It is compatible to the 
Olimex H40 and carries a 16 pin connector that matches the used pins 
of the Wigler 20 pin JTAG adaptor.
I uploaded a pdf of the schematic. It would be nice to get a comment 
on the schematic by someone who has used the Wiggler JTAG before I 
upload the board.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
