Is there a reason that you need to use a Tadrian battery? There are other manufacturers of batteries that do everything the Tadrian batteries do and don't rise to such a high voltage. Of course, I don't know exactly which cell you are using or what your requirements are, but I have looked at many Li cells and few rise to 3.7 volts under spec'd conditions.
