Lpc2000

If you are looking for the TMS470R1A256, then that is the part number
you can search on.  If you just use TMS470R1A you will get both the
128 and the 256 part.  

If you are talking about the LPC parts, Digikey does not carry them. 
Arrow, Avnet and Future are the only Philips vendors I am aware of.
