With 14.7456MHz quartz and PLLCFG=0x25 a LPC2106 work at:
14.7456x5 = 73,728MHz

With PLLCFG=0x26 it don't work.

Is very hard to feed right temporization to LCD displays with uC GPIO.

You should see for other microcontrollers with integrated LCD driver and
frame buffer.
