Once again thanks Thiadmer for a great page.

On a side note, the more recent devices (like the LPC213X) have a new IAP 
command to enter the ISP manually, so this hack is not needed (just call 
the IAP with the command number '57', IIRC).

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
