Hi Bill,
Can you tell me any more on the new LPC devices, do they support
SDRAM? Does the external memory use their "cache"?

Further clarfication on OKI..... The 674K series are rated at 33MHz
and the 675K at 60MHz, both families have internal flash options as
well as other perihperals....
On support I think Oki can give good support to customers, they
provide full documentation and a range of sample code for their
MCU's. Also support for many compiler/debugger options, eg
ADS,RealView, GHS, Ashling, Nohau and GNU.....

The external memory controller is for SRAM, ROM, FLASH, & Burst ROM.
It does not do SDRAM (or DRAM). The address and data busses can be
up to 32-bits wide. When not being used as part of a bus, the pins
are available as GPIO plus sume of the internal peripherals. It does
not use the cache. WAIT states are programmable up to 32. There is NO
'WAIT' line.
