Lpc2000

I've designed-in custom displays with this resolution.  If the P/S 
line is brought out, then serial interface is available.  (Serial is 
also limited compared to parallel, I don't believe you can read 
display data back from the display).  I seem to recall that there are 
some standard products out there with serial capability.
