On the Philips ARM it is possible to configure for Reset or for 
IRQ generation by software.

I don't find information, which parts of the watchdog are 
protected after it is enabled.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
