Mark, LPC series uses an ARM7TDMI-S, so a JTAG probe that makes use of RTCK makes things much easier. I know of 2 probe manufacturers that can handle both JTAG and ETM: Agilent and Ashling. I've used Agilent probes for years and liked them, though they are now pretty expensive. No experience with Ashling probes. You'll need software to make use of the ETM data.
