My JTAG design in the Files area works fine as a Wiggler-alike, and will run 
faster than the real thing. I've got an Amontec Chameleon and that also 
works OK for me, emulating a Raven. I've only used them with the LPC2106.

FWIW, The Chameleon also worked OK as a Xilinx Parallel Cable III when I 
tried it with a Xilinx CPLD.
