The little things I know are: - 6 CAN channels (had the same problems as LPC2294 because it is the same module) - 4 UARTs with hardware LIN support - 256k Flash - 24k SRAM (not sure but it was more than 16k) - available (if at all) in 144-pin only This device is from a different group within Philips than the LPC2000 microcontrollers. Unfortunately there has not been a lot of information about it and the other two rumors that I heared are: 1. device is significantly higher price than e.g. LPC2294 2. There will be new devices with more memory and CAN fixes from the SDA20xx series out soon (whenever soon is). My information is based on what Philips showed at the Embedded World tradeshow in Nuremberg this spring. Hope this helps a little, Bob
