Lpc2000

Hello, 
 
           I am using philips flash utility for uploading flash. My baudrate is 9600, when I want to increase my baudrate to 38400 or 57600, error comes "one of the parameters are not matching" I am using XTAL 12 MHz. How can I increase baudrate so that uploading to flash would be faster. I am using lpc2129
