You probably need to also change the XTal setting... my copy of the flash tool
defaults to 14.xx MHz, which is OK for my board, but yours may have to be
reset to 12, in addition to the speed setting change.
(I use 115200 over USB, as my board has a FTDI232 in front of UART0 ..)

Hello,
I am using philips flash utility for uploading flash. My baudrate is 9600, when I want to increase my baudrate to 38400 or 57600, error comes "one of the parameters are not matching" I am using XTAL 12 MHz. How can I increase baudrate so that uploading to flash would be faster. I am using lpc2129
thanks
