Hi Bill et al, I feel it as my duty to also add here that there have been ongoing scandals with Indian companies offering "low price competitive" engineering "services". What's been the case at times and what's not told - is that they take much longer and use 3 times more staff for these "projects", ending up costing huge amounts to past victims of these scams. I get regular unsolicited Emails from India offering those services to my company as well -- No way Jose ....
