Hello, I can recomend you to use a Nokia color display, the same one that the celullar phones uses.. I have a Nokia 3595's display but it's small for a PDA, may be a more newer phone with a bigger screen (some Nokia has 192x192 resolution) may help you. They are driven by SPI interfase.
