Segger ( the maker of JLink) offers an RDI driver - $400 or so + the
$300 for the JLINK (but buy a starter kit for $295 and it is bundled).
So you can use JLINK with ARM tools, or any RDI tool set.

 

I use their native driver for IAR - works well for me on ARM7 and ARM9
processors.

Hi Mark,

The Segger J-Link works with CrossWorks for ARM - a smaller fortune 
required.
