I don't see USB ARM JTAG adapters anywhere for less than $200.

Well I know it works with GNU tools and macraigor ocdremote, also with
rowley crossworks, not sure about IAR tools. However, just a short
while ago, someone here said JLink only works with IAR tools.

What I'm looking for is USB ARM JTAG that works with GNU tools
(ocdremote connected to GDB debugger).
