Why JTAG pins are not an option?

You can easily remove TRST pin (pin 8, P0.27) with
no damage to JTAG functionality (pin 8).

RTCK pin (pin 26) also have no significance at all.

Other pins that can be removed are P0.24 (pin 34) and
P0.26 (pin 39) so the whole set will be compatible to
LPC2148 which have no P0.24, P0.26 and P0.27.
