For those of us who spend some of our time teaching in universities, etc, this would be perfect.  

Price isn't too critial ($5?).

If you want to inspire people to buy LPC2xxx chips, then they need to get a flashing LED running on a breadboard in a project.  An evaluation board is good - but real engineers use a breadboard...
