There's also another company that makes really cheap DIP prototype 
boards:

LPC2138 (512/32)   - 35EUR
LPC2138 w/Ethernet - 55EUR

Not bad at all!  For bare minimum you don't even need to add any 
other components, just power and connectors (perhaps TTL->RS232 as 
well)

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
