I strongly second the request.  Not being able to directly read the 
state of Input Capture and Interrupt pins is a major hassle.

If this has not already been done, please consider this for future 
enhancements.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
