Stepping performance is fine with both wiggler and CrossConnect. 
Wigglers work remarkably well in this area since there are no comms 
latencies and the CrossConnect is fast at everything. We don't have any 
figures for uploading - we'll correct this when we update our 
wiggler/CrossConnect performance figures.
