The JTAG pinout for the New Micros Tini2131 is located on page 9 of the Getting Started guide, and the schematic is located on page 12 of that same guide. You need to make your own Jtag Connector but the documentation should be sufficient. Boards from Olimex, IAR and Keil all have the standard JTAG connector but are a little more expensive. SIngle stepping, breakpoint and so on all depends on the access to the JTAG pins.
