This is for a large production environment.  Currently one station handles 
all device programming via standalone programmers running simultaneously. 
The idea is to just add another standalone programmer that can handle the 
LPC214x part.  Something like this:

Yes I could whip up a quick pc based interface, but the standalone route 
saves time, money, and confusion for production.
