Hello Klaus, if you have a bootloader flash tool you can check at UART0 if you can connect with that tool after RUN command to your bootloader without asserting P0.14 and /Reset. If your bootloader responses your user signature is wrong. Another solution is to start the IC and stop it with your JTAG tools to see "where" it is running. Check if this address is in bootloader section or in user code (maybe bad exception).
