According to the manual, the "STARTUP RESET" is supposed to stop it from executing any instructions out of "RESET HARD 500". I did not use the "WAIT". This really scared me, since this is the first I've build anything with an LCP2xxx chip in it, I was afraid that something nasty had happened (burnt core).
