I also had some trouble reading the flash after triggering the INTPOLAR 
or INTMODE bug in the LPC2294. Don't know if this was the cause, but it 
was solved after I used the work around.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
