LPC21XX as OSD Generator

Hi , 
 I was just wondering did anybody used any of LPC21XX chips to generate
 OSD ( On Screen Display)  video overlay. I mean without external  
video OSD chip ( like STV5730 ) , directly from LPC21XX.
 And if yes could you share experience or some docs.
